About me and DAS
Having commenced my career as an article clerk in 1973, progressing through the Court system up to Assistant Registrar status, manager of Project Home Building company, solicitor for the third largest project building company in Australia, senior building litigation solicitor for a major Sydney law firm, as and from September 1991 barrister specialising in banking litigation for and against the major banks and retained in all aspects of building litigation for builders, developers and home owners.
Mission
DAS (dispute avoidance strategy) - can be effectively employed throughout all stages of a banking and/or building construction matters by borrowers, builders, developers and homeowners to avoid or limit disputes. By careful administration of every stage from the beginning to the end. This is especially so having regard to the contractual and statutory regulations that apply to such dealings and the safety steps that can be employed.
